Which burner fits my restaurant tandoor?
The 9″ burner fits the 24″ × 24″ and 28″ × 30″ tandoors. The 10″ burner fits the 32″ × 32″ tandoor.
My clay has small cracks. Do I need a new oven?
No. Hairline cracks are normal in clay ovens once heated. Use a lump of repair clay to fill them.
Can I convert my charcoal home tandoor to gas?
Yes, with the Gas Kit. It includes a baffle plate and a CE-certified burner with safety valve, in versions for SS1 and for SS2/SS3, for LPG or Natural Gas.
