VAT for EU countries (Valid for Domestic Tandoori Ovens ONLY)

VAT on export to EU countries (from UK) after Brexit will be zero-rated VAT. Meaning all our listings on our web site  have no tax added and customers will have to pay respective TAX when goods arrive in their country.

Please take time to read and buy only when you clearly understand tax & duty that is to be paid by the buyer in their own respective countries.

As you know, export / import rules have changed since brexit. Kindly make sure you understand that we have not charged you TAX on your purchase and your government may charge you 20% or relevant TAX for this purchase. 
 
TNT / FedEX  have agents in all European countries who will get in touch with you once your parcel arrives at customs. They will ask for a few documents like proof of address etc. Make sure to provide these documents along with any custom charges (if there is any).
 
Normal delivery time to your country is 6-7 days but there are some delays at customs (in your country) due to new Brexit documentation which could add 2-3 days more before the parcel reaches you. 
 
Please note, delays at customs are beyond our control. Rest assured, your parcel will leave the UK in 2 days after we have received your response that you are happy for us to proceed.
